What is SOAR?

Why?

When great minds come together it multiples strengths and divides challenges paving the way for supportive lessons and collaborative successes.

How?

By infusing elements of leadership that have never been taught in a cohort setting, our model teaches the duality of rising with a healthy community and a healthy self.

What?

A 9 week, 12 participant, psychologically curated program that shifts mentality, sharpens vision, and ushers in evolutionary experiences for leaders who want to collaborate in healthy, authentic, and supportive environments.
